You are completely in control of what files and when backups should occur. You are regularly updated via email details about your backups. No questions or ambiguity, you own your data when on our servers ; at any time you can request all stored files to be returned and destroyed from our servers. When needed and without delay, you can activate or request restores. For large restores we will ship USB hard-drives, DVD’s, or USB flash drives and for our clients within a 50 km radius we will drive directly to you and help restore your data!
